Sie haben bereits über unseren Serviceshop Ihre Parkkarten bestellt.
Während der Auf- und Abbautage benötigen Sie noch keine Ausstellerausweise und Parkkarten. In dieser Zeit können Sie sich Ihre Parkkarte(n) in unserem Tagungsbüro mitten auf dem Veranstaltungsgelände abholen.
Um die Parkkapazitäten besser planen zu können, benötigen wir von Ihnen noch einmal eine Rückmeldung, welchen Parkplatz Sie nutzen werden. Dazu haben wir auf unserer Webseite Zufahrtsbeschreibungen veröffentlicht. Bitte prüfen Sie anhand Ihrer Unterkunft und der Lage Ihrer Standfläche, auf welchem Parkplatz Sie Ihr Fahrzeug abstellen möchten ( NORD oder SÜD). Sofern Sie auf Ihrer Standfläche ausreichend Platz haben, können Sie Ihr Fahrzeug auch dort abstellen (EXPO). Fahrzeuge, die bereits beim Aufbau auf der Standfläche abgestellt werden und während der Veranstaltungstage nicht mehr bewegt werden, benötigen keine Parkkarte.

You have already ordered your parking ticket(s) via our Service Shop.
During the set-up and dismantling days, you do not yet need exhibitor passes and parking tickets. In this time, you can collect your parking ticket(s) from our Tagungsbüro (Main Office) in the centre of the event site
In order to be able to plan the parking capacities better, we need you to let us know which car park you will be using. We have published access descriptions on our website for this purpose. Please use your accommodation and the location of your stand area to check which car parking you would like to park your vehicle in (North or South). If you have sufficient space on your stand area, you can also park your vehicle there (EXPO). Vehicles that are already parked on the stand area during set-up and wont be moved during the event do not require a parking ticket. In order to minimise traffic on the event site in the morning, each exhibitor will only receive the number of parking tickets required (one parking ticket for every 5 exhibitor passes or part thereof). It is also possible to park in the free visitor car parks. However, we would ask you to form car pools if possible.
